At CJAY BEAUTY, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to assist with returns and exchanges in accordance with the guidelines below.

Returns

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• In its original packaging.
• Returned within 14 days of receiving your item.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used cosmetics.
• Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotion.
• Gift cards or promotional items.

How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at returns@cjaybeauty.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your items.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges

Eligibility for Exchanges
You can exchange your product for another item of equal or lesser value within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be:

• Unused and in the original condition and packaging.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Exchange Process
To process an exchange, please reach out to our Customer Service team at exchanges@cjaybeauty.com. Include your order number and the item you wish to exchange it for. Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us at support@cjaybeauty.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include photos of the damaged product and a brief description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in the case of defective or damaged products.

International Returns & Exchanges

Please note that international orders may be subject to additional shipping fees for returns and exchanges. CJAY BEAUTY does not cover customs duties or import taxes.
